Collaborative Law * Collaborative law involves two people and their perspective lawyers working together to make a fair and comprehensive settlement that includes all aspects of the divorce. Traditional law involves one person and their lawyer versus another person and their lawyer in which a judge that makes the final call on all aspects of the divorce. The outcome may feel like it favours one person.
Neither is right or wrong, each have their pros and cons. We can discuss which one works best for you.
